The Jay County Amateur Radio Club (JCARC) provides license testing, technical training and community outreach through school programs, scholarships and the East Central Indiana Hamfest. Members mentor new operators and showcase amateur radio at local fairs and events.

This project will renovate a former restroom at the Jay County Fairgrounds into a permanent clubhouse with wiring, insulation, HVAC, ADA access and dedicated areas for testing, training and operating stations. The new facility will serve as a home for education, activities and public demonstrations.
